Eric A. Bettelheim, O.D.

A Southern California native, Dr. Bettelheim studied at Cal Poly Pomona, where he graduated with a B.S. in Biology. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern California College of Optometry where his training included clinical rotations with Indian Health Services in Chinle, AZ and the VA hospital in Brentwood, CA.   He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry- a certification held by fewer than 10% of optometrists in the United States.  

Certified to treat glaucoma & other eye disease, Dr. Bettelheim is also a member of the National Glaucoma Society.  He is a member of both the American Optometric Association and the California Optometric Association.  

His interests include skiing, scuba diving and travel.
