MICHELE CHOI, O.D.

Born and raised in Southern California, Dr. Choi is passionate about giving back to her community through medicine with a splash of humor. She developed her interest in optometry from a young age during her annual visits to her optometrist and understands the importance of managing childhood myopia firsthand. 

Dr. Choi’s educational background includes graduating from UC San Diego with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in psychology. She then earned her Doctor of Optometry degree at Western University of Health Sciences, College of Optometry. Her clinical training included working at the Veterans Affair hospitals in Florida and Connecticut and an ophthalmology practice in Orange County that specializes in oculoplastics and glaucoma.

In her free time, Dr. Choi enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the restaurant scene and staying active.
